Our products are manufactured and fulfilled through Ellieshirt’s growing international production network, helping us deliver orders more efficiently across the United States, Australia, Europe, Canada, and additional global regions.
Expanding Global Facilities
Depending on product type, inventory availability, and destination region, orders may also be routed through additional production locations and regional fulfillment facilities to improve delivery speed and operational efficiency.
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
Most standard apparel orders are produced and delivered within 3–7 business days when fulfilled from the nearest available production facility and when there are no carrier delays, customs issues, weather disruptions, strikes, holidays, or other unexpected events.

Specialty products may require additional preparation time and can take approximately 5–15 business days depending on product type, production location, and seasonal demand.
Production timelines may vary depending on inventory availability, customization requirements, operational volume, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after production has been completed.
- United States: Most standard orders arrive within 3–7 business days under normal operating conditions.
- Australia / United Kingdom / Europe: Orders may also arrive within 3–7 business days when fulfilled through the nearest available regional production facility.
- Australia / United Kingdom / Europe: If a product must be manufactured through a United States production facility, estimated delivery may take approximately 10–15 business days.
- Rest of World: Estimated delivery may take approximately 15–20 business days depending on destination country and customs processing.
Depending on inventory levels, product availability, and operational capacity, some orders may be routed through alternative manufacturing facilities to help maintain fulfillment continuity and product quality.
Shipping costs may or may not change in these situations. If additional shipping adjustments or order-related issues require customer attention, our support team will contact the customer before processing the order.

Orders may be fulfilled from different production regions depending on inventory availability, customer location, and operational demand.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or local regulations depending on destination country.

Most applicable taxes and standard shipping-related costs are typically calculated and included during checkout whenever possible.
In certain situations, local customs authorities, government agencies, or regional delivery carriers may require additional import duties, VAT, taxes, or handling fees at the time of delivery depending on destination-country regulations.
Any such charges are outside Ellieshirt’s control and remain the responsibility of the recipient when applicable.
Ellieshirt is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or government processing.

Tracking details are typically provided after production has been completed and the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

- Tracking updates may require additional time to appear within carrier systems
- International tracking updates may occasionally pause during customs processing or international transit
- Carrier tracking systems do not always update immediately in real time
- Orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship separately depending on product type or production location

Delivery Issues & Returned Packages
If a package is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, customers should first contact their local postal office or delivery carrier for assistance.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding to any customs or carrier requests related to delivery.
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed delivery, or failure to respond to carrier notifications, additional shipping charges or reshipment fees may apply.
