24-Hour Order Cancellation Window
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours after being placed. After this period, orders may already be in production and can no longer be changed or canceled due to our made-to-order production process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
At Ellieshirt, we work hard to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, in rare cases, customers may receive:

If this happens, we offer a free replacement or full refund for the affected item(s).
